Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager specializing in Oracle ERP Financial Architecture combined with Business Process Services (BPS) expertise. This role involves leading the design and deployment of innovative Oracle Cloud financial solutions tailored to the needs of clients across both public and private sectors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards. As a key leader, you will facilitate workshops to convert business requirements into detailed Oracle architecture designs, oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP and HCM systems, and manage delivery teams to uphold high standards of quality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive Oracle Cloud financial architectures that align with client objectives, ensuring solutions are scalable, flexible, and compliant.
• Lead solution design workshops, translating complex business needs into technical Oracle solutions across HCM and ERP modules.
• Manage delivery teams to maintain the technical integrity and performance of Oracle implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle product roadmaps, integration strategies, and transformation governance to clients.
• Support business development activities through proposal creation, responding to RFPs, and delivering client presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, data migration, and system optimization.
• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives by assessing current financial processes, identifying gaps, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Utilize BPS expertise to analyze and improve existing financial workflows, recommending best practices to reduce operational risks.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their financial challenges and provide expert advice, fostering strong relationships.
• Mentor and develop teams of finance architects and consultants, encouraging continuous learning and high-quality deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience in designing and delivering Oracle Cloud financial solutions, with a deep understanding of ERP and HCM modules.
• Proven track record in managing complex transformation projects within regulated environments, especially in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, with the ability to analyze workflows and implement best practices using BPS.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively with senior executives and diverse teams.
• Experience in solution architecture, translating business needs into technical designs, and leading implementation teams.
• Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop clear roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a history of developing high-performing teams.
• Understanding of regulatory and security standards relevant to client environments.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle solutions or project management are advantageous.
