This role involves leading the design and delivery of innovative Oracle Cloud financial solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end transformation projects, working closely with clients to assess current processes, identify gaps, and develop strategic plans to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive Oracle Cloud financial architectures aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead transformation initiatives by analyzing existing financial workflows, recommending improvements, and executing best practices to optimize operations and reduce risks.
- Apply BPS expertise to improve financial processes, ensuring workflows are efficient and compliant.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their financial challenges and provide strategic guidance.
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure high-quality Oracle ERP implementations, maintaining technical integrity and adherence to timelines.
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and solutioning efforts to grow the Oracle practice.
- Collaborate across teams to facilitate system integration, data migration, and overall system performance.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud capabilities and share knowledge internally to promote continuous learning.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience in designing and delivering Oracle ERP financial solutions, with familiarity with Oracle Cloud modules such as HCM and ERP.
- Proven leadership in large-scale transformation projects within private and public sectors, demonstrating strategic and technical expertise.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and BPS methodologies to analyze and improve workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and diverse teams.
- Experience in translating business needs into technical Oracle Cloud solutions, including solution workshops and design sessions.
- Ability to oversee delivery teams and ensure quality standards are met.
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud solutions and project management are advantageous.
- Experience working within regulated environments with compliance requirements.
