Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Manager with expertise in Shared Services to lead and deliver innovative financial solutions for clients. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud financial modules such as Oracle Financials and Fusion Financials, tailored to the unique needs of shared services environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming clients’ financial operations by analyzing current processes and redesigning them to maximize automation, standardization, and reporting capabilities, thereby improving operational efficiency and accuracy.

As a leader in this position, you will develop and execute strategies for shared services models, identifying opportunities for centralization and process optimization to achieve cost savings and enhanced service delivery. You will establish KPIs and reporting frameworks using Oracle analytics tools, enabling clients to monitor financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Driving end-to-end transformation projects, you will assess existing financial workflows, identify gaps, and develop strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with clients to architect comprehensive Oracle ERP financial systems that are scalable, compliant, and aligned with industry standards. You will lead workshops to translate business requirements into robust Oracle system designs, oversee delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementation, and provide strategic guidance on Oracle product roadmaps, integration strategies, and governance frameworks. Additionally, you will support business development efforts through proposal writing, client presentations, and developing new service offerings.

Engagement with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, is essential to understand their financial challenges and deliver tailored Oracle solutions. Mentoring and developing team members will be a key part of your role, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
