Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of designing and deploying Oracle Financial solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Redesign existing financial workflows to maximize automation, standardization, and reporting capabilities, thereby improving operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop shared services strategies that centralize finance functions, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks using Oracle analytics tools to enable clients to monitor financial health and make informed decisions.
  • Lead comprehensive transformation projects by analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and formulating strategies for performance enhancement.
  • Apply Business Process Services (BPS) expertise to optimize workflows, minimize operational risks, and implement best practices.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their financial challenges and provide strategic guidance.
  • Mentor and lead a team of finance architects and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through proposal writing, client presentations, and solution development.
  • Participate in internal initiatives such as whitepapers, practice development, and training to support organizational growth and personal development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud features and industry trends, sharing insights internally.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in managing Oracle ERP and Cloud financial modules, with a strong record of delivering complex solutions.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes, automation, and reporting, with the ability to redesign workflows for efficiency and compliance.
  • Experience in designing and deploying Oracle Financials, HCM, and related modules within large or public sector organizations.
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee delivery teams and ensure project success.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, especially with senior executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Business development skills, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, security, and regulatory considerations relevant to Oracle solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud solutions are advantageous.
