Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR information systems, ensuring they are current and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and refine workflows related to HR data management, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with HR teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Produce detailed reports on workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover rates, and diversity statistics.
  • Support the integration of various HR tools and systems to streamline data flow and operational processes.
  • Ensure all data handling complies with legal standards and best practices for confidentiality and security.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on HR systems and data management protocols.
  • Lead projects involving HR system upgrades, implementations, or migrations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing HR data systems and understanding of HRIS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, especially GDPR, and handling sensitive employee information responsibly.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with HR software, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in process improvement and system optimization within HR functions.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
