Contentsquare is seeking a highly skilled People Operations & Solutions Lead to shape and enhance the global People function. This role involves managing and aligning People processes across regions, ensuring compliance and security of People data, and driving technological transformation within HR systems, particularly Workday. The successful candidate will serve as a key escalation point for complex issues, partner with legal and audit teams to maintain controls, and act as a strategic owner of People technology and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Align and oversee global People processes, working closely with process owners and senior HR leaders to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Handle escalations related to Workday, People Operations, and People Data, providing expert guidance and resolution.
• Collaborate with audit, legal, and compliance teams to establish strong controls, segregation of duties, and secure access to sensitive People data.
• Partner with the Workday Product Owner and ISD to translate organizational needs into technical requirements, influencing the Workday roadmap and backlog.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and innovation using AI and emerging technologies, working with transformation teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure the integrity, security, and governance of People data globally, developing dashboards and reports for analytics and decision-making.
• Manage data access requests and ensure sensitive information is protected according to compliance standards.
• Lead major HR cycles such as performance and compensation reviews, coordinating efforts across multiple functions and managing change effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, or related fields, with a solid understanding of global HR processes and data governance.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships across different regions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technological solutions, with a keen interest in automation and AI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at senior levels.
• Experience in data security, compliance, and governance on a global scale.
• Ability to lead change management initiatives, including training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
