- Support product and solution approval processes throughout their lifecycle, preparing evidence-based proposals for leadership review.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and facilitate discussions with senior executives and the Portfolio Board.
- Build a scalable, effective roadmap and capacity function by fostering shared ownership, using data and tools, and encouraging constructive challenge.

- Extensive experience in portfolio management, product management, long-term planning, or business planning roles.
- Proven track record of setting strategic visions, building organizational capabilities, leading teams, and delivering measurable results.
- Experience in roadmap governance, capacity planning, resource management, product approval workflows, and investment prioritization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management tools, capacity planning methodologies, and value-based resource frameworks.
- Excellent business judgment, with the ability to connect demand, capacity, investment, lifecycle readiness, and product success metrics.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and executive forums.
