Application and Selection Process
All applications are evaluated based on clear, verifiable indicators of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no special treatment paths; every candidate is assessed through the same rigorous process. If youâ??ve applied previously but were not successful, itâ??s recommended to wait at least a year before reapplying. The application process involves completing one or more challenging tests that may take several hours and involve unfamiliar problems. We set high standards and only extend offers when confident weâ??ve found the right fit, which may result in roles remaining open for months or being reposted. We are committed to equal opportunity employment and provide reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities upon request.
Before applying, note that new hires are expected to spend most of their initial months in our Milan office to immerse themselves in our culture and build trust with the team. After this onboarding period, remote work from an approved country or office-based work is possible, depending on mutual agreement. If you are excited about this opportunity and ready to give your best, we look forward to your application.
