Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive documentation and structural alignment of the Data Center Services (DCS) operational model to support teams in adapting and scaling to changing demands.
• Manage the development and implementation of proprietary tools designed to optimize data center operations by providing enhanced digital visibility and insights.
• Oversee high-level program governance and foster a collaborative culture across vendors within the EMEA region, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Drive initiatives to improve project execution predictability and accelerate procurement processes by standardizing core Scope of Work (SOW) templates and deliverables.
• Establish and refine processes to eliminate contractual and training gaps, transforming past operational challenges into standardized future practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience managing programs or operations within data centers, including involvement in construction, process improvement, and systems management.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar approaches is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing complex organizational relationships and driving stakeholder alignment.
