Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering teams across various sites to ensure GPU products are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and conform to specifications.
• Support GPU portfolio operations by partnering closely with engineering and leadership teams to analyze data, providing insights that enable effective decision-making and drive successful project results.
• Create and maintain comprehensive portfolio reports, dashboards, and performance metrics by integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring management has access to accurate and timely information.
• Assist in planning, prioritization, and governance activities related to the portfolio through detailed analysis and reporting, establishing regular operational review meetings across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making support through the application of data analytics, automation, and AI tools.

Skills and Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience in managing hardware projects within the semiconductor industry, from initiation to delivery.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans from high-level requirements and to monitor project progress across multiple teams and locations.
• Strong reporting skills, with experience in creating dashboards and key performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide insights to technical and leadership teams.
• Proficiency in project management, data visualization, and reporting tools to generate actionable insights.

Preferred Skills and Additional Experience

• Experience with hardware/software development workflows and processes.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, resource planning, and organizational performance metrics.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
