They are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee projects that involve satellite communication systems and cloud platform integrations. Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of planning, executing, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to satellite communications and cloud platforms.
• Coordinate with various teams to meet project deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile methodologies to facilitate flexible project management and improve workflow efficiency.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Participate in the development of innovative communication solutions designed to reshape how global connectivity is achieved.
• Identify potential risks and issues early, developing strategies to mitigate their impact on project success.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and client specifications.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and delivering complex projects within high-tech R&D environments, especially those involving both hardware and software components.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and project scheduling.
• Practical experience with Agile project management frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Background working in dynamic start-up or scale-up settings, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
• Industry experience in space, satellite communications, or optical communications is highly preferred, but candidates from automotive, telecoms, or industrial IoT sectors will also be considered.
• Technical knowledge of satellite or optical communication systems and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
