Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly experienced professional specializing in Responsible AI and AI Governance to help clients adopt AI responsibly and at scale. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, including CIOs, CTOs, and Chief AI Officers, to develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks that align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, leading discussions on AI strategy, governance, risk, and regulation, and translating complex requirements into practical solutions. They will design enterprise-wide governance structures, including establishing AI Governance Offices and defining target operating models, while developing policies, standards, and control frameworks to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include conducting AI risk assessments, developing risk management frameworks, and supporting regulatory remediation efforts. The role also involves advising on technology-enabled governance solutions, supporting the deployment of governance platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform, and ensuring that governance processes are auditable and transparent.
Additionally, the role requires providing guidance on compliance with emerging regulations such as the EU AI Act, FCA and PRA expectations, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001. The candidate will support client engagement activities, including regulatory audits and assurance processes, and lead business development efforts by preparing proposals and client presentations. They will also contribute to thought leadership through industry publications and conference participation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in consulting, banking, or technology risk, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale AI governance transformations. They should possess deep knowledge of AI concepts, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Experience with AI governance platforms and regulatory compliance programs is highly desirable.
