Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced professional in Responsible AI and AI Governance to join their team as a Managing Consultant. This role involves guiding clients through the safe and responsible adoption of AI at scale, working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and operational models that ensure regulatory compliance and stakeholder trust.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to top executives such as CIOs, CTOs, and Chief AI Officers, leading strategic discussions on Responsible AI, AI Governance, and emerging regulations. They will facilitate high-level meetings, translate complex regulatory standards into practical governance solutions, and develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps to support AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on Responsible AI and AI Governance topics.
  • Leading executive discussions and governance forums to shape AI strategy.
  • Designing enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Establishing AI Governance Offices and defining target operating models.
  • Creating governance processes covering all AI lifecycle stages, including ideation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Developing governance artifacts such as policies, standards, and control frameworks.
  • Assessing AI risks across people, processes, technology, and data, and developing risk management frameworks.
  • Supporting clients in implementing governance platforms and workflows using tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Advising on compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act, FCA and PRA expectations, and NIST AI RMF.
  • Leading business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and shaping innovative offerings.
  • Contributing to thought leadership through publications and conference participation.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting, banking, or technology risk, with a focus on governance or regulatory projects.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale AI governance transformations.
  • Deep understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.
  • Experience working with risk, compliance, legal, and audit stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI governance initiatives, platform implementation, and regulatory compliance programs is highly desirable.
