The Revenue GTM Operations Manager will play a crucial role in our organization, managing the GTM operating system and ensuring the efficiency of our revenue processes. This position will involve close collaboration with various teams across the company, providing valuable analytics and insights to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the GTM operating system, including revenue tools, lead-to-revenue processes, pipeline governance, reporting, and sales execution efficiency.
  • Manage HubSpot as the primary system for GTM operations, ensuring proper lifecycle stages, object management, governance, automation standards, and change management.
  • Handle end-to-end lead management, including capture, enrichment, de-duplication, routing, SLAs, handoffs, and feedback loops with the Sales team.
  • Define and maintain funnel definitions and stage exit criteria, including MQL, SQL, SAO, opportunity stages, and close lost reasons.
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene by maintaining required fields, stage integrity, close date quality, next-step compliance, and consistent qualification data.
  • Own GTM reporting and dashboards, focusing on funnel conversion, velocity, pipeline coverage, and source attribution quality assurance.
  • Establish operating rhythms such as weekly pipeline reviews and funnel health checks to ensure accountability with Sales and Growth teams.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy by ensuring the CRM reflects reality, including stage consistency, close date hygiene, and pipeline coverage metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure accurate campaign tracking standards and lifecycle mapping.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce cycle times.
  • Manage the Experience Index, ensuring data quality and operationalizing ICP segmentation for outbound and marketing audiences.
  • Oversee deal desk governance, including approval and discount workflows with stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Guide best practices in CRM usage, including quality assurance of existing processes and training for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Go-To-Market functions, preferably in a scale-up, high-growth, or tech environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, Marketplace, or Fintech/payments business models is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, translating insights into actionable data.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in internal systems, data analysis, and manipulation, ideally with the ability to perform data queries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and a strong growth mindset.
  • Process-oriented with a passion for improving setups and documenting processes.
