Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Manager or Senior Manager to lead complex finance system implementation projects. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including seed accounting, consolidation, tax, and group reporting, ensuring seamless integration across various financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP solutions tailored to client needs, with a focus on data integration, consolidation, and reporting functionalities.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, leading group reporting projects, customizing modules to meet specific business requirements, and troubleshooting issues related to SAP FICO and Group Reporting. The role also involves creating and managing master data such as company codes, GL accounts, ownership rates, and fund hierarchies, as well as designing processes for seed investment management, including cash transfers, revaluation, translation, and dividend recording.

Additional duties encompass developing financial reporting processes for seed investments, including preparing schedules for regulatory disclosures, external audits, and risk management activities. The role offers opportunities to contribute to business development through proposal writing, client pitches, and service proposition development. Internal contributions include practice development, whitepapers, and team initiatives. Continuous professional growth is encouraged through certifications and training.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly in FICO and Group Reporting, with a strong understanding of SAP configuration tools and processes. Proven leadership skills, experience managing multiple workstreams, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Certifications such as SAP S/4HANA or CFA are preferred, along with experience working in consulting or industry sectors with SAP expertise. The role requires willingness to travel and the ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization, with a target of contributing to significant consulting revenues.
