Decagon is seeking a dedicated Sales Enablement Manager to join their team and drive the effectiveness of their sales organization. Responsibilities

- Maintain and update sales collateral, including presentations, product sheets, and competitive intelligence materials.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure the sales team has the latest messaging and resources.
- Monitor the effectiveness of enablement programs and make improvements based on data analysis.
- Support the onboarding process for new sales staff to ensure quick and effective integration.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
