Kpler is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Maritime division, focusing on the European region. This role involves managing and expanding key maritime accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strategic relationships with industry leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and acting as a trusted commercial partner by contributing to budgeting, demand planning, and reporting processes.

In this position, you will gather market intelligence directly from clients to inform product and commercial strategies, ensuring our offerings meet evolving industry needs. Maintaining accurate CRM data in Salesforce is essential for reliable forecasting and effective team collaboration. You will work closely with various internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development, to support organizational success and represent Kpler professionally in external engagements.

Contract negotiations and securing profitable agreements are key responsibilities, with an emphasis on compliance with company policies. The role requires willingness to travel across Northwest Europe to meet with clients and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales or account management, with a background in maritime, energy, or commodities sectors being highly advantageous. Proven success in selling data, analytics, or SaaS platforms, along with strong negotiation skills and a proactive commercial mindset, are essential.

Fluency in English is required, and additional European languages are a plus. Candidates should be comfortable with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
