We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our new Agency Account Management team, focusing on strengthening relationships with key agency partners. This position requires both strategic and consultative digital expertise to maximize value and impact for advertisers through their agencies.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will leverage Amazonâ??s proprietary data to develop tailored strategies that align with your customers’ business objectives. Your role will involve driving customer success through collaboration with various teams, including agency development, ad tech, sales, creative, and operations. You should be passionate about identifying solutions to complex business challenges and possess strong analytical skills to create data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize knowledge of Amazon Ads full-funnel ad products and solutions to craft tailored proposals for customers.
  • Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned agency.
  • Achieve assigned non-revenue business objectives and goals.
  • Own all facets of the account management role for assigned agency, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact.
  • Use first-party and third-party insights to build recommendations to agencies that result in revenue outcomes or increased customer satisfaction in Amazon Ads products.
  • Advocate for customers internally, and utilize internal resources, to drive customer success.
  • Educate agencies on performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights to drive incremental business.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in digital advertising, product marketing, consulting, business development, or other customer-facing role.
  • Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
  • Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and developing actionable data-driven business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business development working with media agencies.
  • Experience in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management, and business development.
