Senior Agentic AI Solution Specialist Overview

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Solution Specialist to join their expanding AI team within the Insights & Data practice. This role involves working directly with clients to design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions that leverage the latest in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. The successful candidate will be instrumental in translating complex business challenges into scalable, innovative AI architectures, utilizing cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and employing Python along with leading AI frameworks like LangChain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise AI solutions focusing on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and RAG frameworks.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and convert these into technical AI solutions that are scalable and effective.
• Develop, integrate, and optimize AI applications using Python and modern frameworks.
• Implement AI solutions with techniques such as prompt engineering, embeddings, orchestration, and security controls.
• Create solutions on cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP, utilizing their AI and data services.
• Work collaboratively with architects, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Provide technical leadership on AI architecture, best practices, and delivery standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Large Language Models, cloud technologies, and AI frameworks, integrating innovations into client solutions.
• Support business development activities through client workshops, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with security, governance, Responsible AI, and enterprise standards.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in a relevant STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in developing AI solutions with Python and frameworks like LangChain.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity, especially in AI or data transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of AI architecture, systems integration, and enterprise application development.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
