Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Agentic AI and Generative AI to join their innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying both front-end and back-end components of AI-powered applications, with a particular focus on Generative and Agentic AI solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers, and business consultants to turn ideas into production systems, creating workflows that include human-in-the-loop gates, auditability, policy controls, and comprehensive monitoring suitable for regulated industries.

Key responsibilities include translating complex business challenges into AI-driven solutions, supporting team collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables, and contributing to business development activities such as building demonstration prototypes, proposals, and client presentations. Internal contributions involve participating in campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice growth activities. The role also emphasizes continuous learning through training, certifications, and skill development initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Technical Skills

• Experience in consulting environments or industry with a proven ability to operate within a matrix organization and successfully engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in full-stack application development, from initial PoCs to scalable, secure production deployments, with a focus on delivering value through AI solutions.
• Demonstrated success in deploying machine learning models, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks in client-facing projects, including cloud data engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python (3.10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, and Bash.
• Frontend expertise with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and related tools.
• Backend experience with Django, FastAPI, Flask, and RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of various databases and cloud platforms, including Azure and GCP, with experience in DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AI engineering techniques such as RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and large language model integration.
• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, and OpenAI Agents is desirable.
