Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Agentic AI and Generative AI to join their innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying both front-end and back-end components of AI applications, with a particular focus on cutting-edge Generative AI and agentic solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers, and business consultants to turn ideas into operational AI products, ensuring these solutions incorporate human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, policy enforcement, and robust monitoring systems suitable for regulated industries.

Key responsibilities include translating complex business challenges into AI-powered solutions, leveraging data science and analytics to deliver impactful results, and working collaboratively within a team to meet high standards of quality and pace. Additionally, the role offers opportunities to contribute to business development by creating AI demonstrators, supporting proposals, and participating in client presentations and events. Internal contributions such as developing campaigns, whitepapers, and practice initiatives, as well as ongoing learning through training and certifications, are also part of the role.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in consulting environments or industry with a proven ability to operate within a matrixed organization and secure support from peers for solution delivery.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions collaboratively.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack application development, from initial PoCs to scalable, secure production deployments.
• A successful track record of delivering solutions using traditional machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks, including data engineering in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of how AI can create business value and drive results.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python (3.10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Bash, and frontend technologies like React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Redux, and testing tools.
• Backend expertise with Django, FastAPI, Flask, RESTful APIs, and database management with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Firestore, BigQuery, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Cloud platform knowledge including Azure and GCP, containerization with Docker, and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices including clean code, DDD, modular architecture, TDD, and code quality tools.
• Desirable skills include experience with RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM integrations, LangSmith, TruLens, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, and Google ADK.
