Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Agentic AI and Generative AI to join their innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying both front-end and back-end components of AI applications, with a focus on cutting-edge solutions in Generative AI and agentic frameworks. The successful candidate will work closely with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers, and business consultants to turn ideas into operational AI products, ensuring the workflows include human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, policy enforcement, and robust monitoring systems suitable for regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications within the data science and AI consulting team, emphasizing Generative AI and agentic solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to bring innovative AI ideas into production environments.
  • Create agentic workflows incorporating HITL gates, auditability, policy controls, and evaluation mechanisms tailored for regulated clients.
  • Translate complex business challenges into AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, data science, and analytics to deliver impactful results that meet client standards.
  • Support team efforts to deliver high-quality solutions on time, maintaining internal standards of excellence.
  • Contribute to business development by building AI demonstrators, assisting with proposals, RFPs, bids, and client presentations.
  • Engage in internal initiatives such as campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice growth activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your technical skills and support career progression.

Candidate Profile and Technical Skills

  • Experience in consulting or industry roles with a proven ability to operate successfully within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions collaboratively.
  • Hands-on experience in full-stack application development, from early prototypes to deploying secure, scalable production systems.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering solutions using traditional machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks, including cloud data engineering.
  • Strong understanding of how AI can generate business value and drive results.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python (3.10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Bash, and frontend technologies like React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Redux, and testing tools.
  • Experience with backend frameworks including Django, FastAPI, Flask, and RESTful API development.
  • Knowledge of databases and storage solutions like PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Firestore, BigQuery, and Azure Blob Storage.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP, including services like OpenAI, Vertex AI, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles including clean code, DDD, TDD, and modular architecture.
  • Desirable skills include experience with RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP, LLM integrations, LangSmith, TruLens, and agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, and OpenAI Agents.
