Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Agentic AI and Generative AI to join their innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying both front-end and back-end components of AI applications, with a particular focus on GenAI and agentic solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers, and business consultants to transform ideas into operational systems, ensuring they include human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, policy enforcement, and robust evaluation mechanisms suitable for regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of AI-powered solutions by translating complex business challenges into innovative applications leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and data science techniques.
• Design agentic workflows that incorporate human oversight, policy controls, and comprehensive monitoring to ensure compliance and performance.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions on time, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Support business development activities by building AI demonstration prototypes, contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Engage in internal initiatives such as developing whitepapers, participating in think-tanks, and supporting practice growth through operational and recruitment activities.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, certifications, and learning activities to enhance technical and consulting skills.

Candidate Profile & Technical Skills

• Experience in a major consulting firm or industry setting with a strong consulting mindset and success working within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack application development, from early proof-of-concept stages to deploying secure, scalable solutions in cloud environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering solutions using traditional machine learning, Generative AI models, and Agentic AI frameworks, including data engineering in cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of how AI can create business value and drive measurable outcomes.
• Technical proficiency in languages and frameworks such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Bash, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Django, FastAPI, and cloud services like Azure and GCP.
• Familiarity with AI engineering tools and frameworks including RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, and OpenAI Agents is desirable.
