Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Cloud Operating Model Transformation to join their team. This role involves working at the intersection of cloud technology, organizational change, and AI to help clients design, assess, and implement future-ready cloud operating models that prioritize automation and AI integration.
As a key member of the Cloud Advisory team, you will provide strategic advice on cloud transformation initiatives, conducting detailed assessments of current models and designing target operating frameworks that are standardized, automation-first, and AI-enabled. Your responsibilities include developing practical processes for service delivery, governance, and organizational structures aligned with clients’ strategic goals and cloud maturity levels.
You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation efforts, leveraging operational metrics and data insights to recommend continuous improvements. Your expertise in strategy, service management, DevOps, and organizational design will be essential in delivering measurable business outcomes through cloud initiatives.
In addition, you will advise clients on the application of large language models, copilot tools, and agentic AI within their cloud environments, ensuring responsible AI governance and transparency. The role involves active participation in business development activities such as proposal writing, client pitches, and internal practice development, as well as contributing to thought leadership through whitepapers and internal initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience with ITIL frameworks, familiarity with GenAI platforms, and a strong background in cloud architecture on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with DevOps practices, cloud security, and compliance is also required. Candidates should have worked in large consulting firms or industry sectors, demonstrating success in complex, matrixed organizational environments.
