Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of designing and implementing security-centric DevSecOps strategies to enhance our deployment pipelines.
• Develop automated security testing frameworks and integrate them seamlessly into our continuous integration and delivery workflows.
• Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to promote security awareness and embed security measures throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor security vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Create and uphold security policies, standards, and procedures to protect our systems and data assets.
• Perform security assessments and audits on infrastructure and codebases to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Keep abreast of emerging security threats, tools, and industry best practices to continually strengthen our security posture.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in DevSecOps, security automation, and managing infrastructure as code.
• Deep understanding of cloud security configurations on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, along with scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, with a focus on security.
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Benchmarks.
• Experience with security testing tools, vulnerability scanners, and compliance automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
