- Deep understanding of HR metrics, talent management, and organizational development strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
