Senior Electronics Engineer Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a growing technology company in Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of advanced electronic systems that are utilized in high-performance and mission-critical applications.

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and development of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronic hardware.
• Performing schematic capture, PCB design, and selecting appropriate components.
• Supporting the prototyping process, including bring-up, debugging, and validation in a laboratory setting.
• Collaborating with systems, software, RF, and mechanical engineers to ensure successful integration of designs.
• Contributing to design reviews, documentation, and compliance activities.

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Possess a degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or have equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate strong experience in electronic circuit design, PCB development, and lab validation.
• Have exposure to high-speed digital, RF, or defence-related systems, which is desirable.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to take technical ownership of projects.
