In this role, you will work directly with clients to optimize their email sending practices, troubleshoot deliverability issues, and develop strategic plans to enhance their email reputation and performance. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients who have purchased dedicated deliverability consulting services, conducting detailed investigations into their email practices, and providing actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer fundamental deliverability support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth email operations.
• Prioritize and manage support tickets related to deliverability challenges, providing expert troubleshooting and strategic guidance.
• Handle a portfolio of clients with paid deliverability consulting, performing in-depth audits and reviews of their email sending practices.
• Assist clients in resolving issues related to blocklists, spam traps, and ISP-related problems.
• Guide clients through IP warming schedules, monitor their progress, and ensure successful sender reputation development.
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, working to improve deliverability and reputation.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to ensure continuous campaign improvement.
• Develop and implement long-term deliverability strategies for high-profile brands using Brazeâ??s infrastructure.
• Participate in strategic projects aimed at process improvement, thought leadership, and customer education.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Deep understanding of email deliverability concepts and industry best practices.
• Three to four years of experience in deliverability services, preferably at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
• Proven success in identifying and resolving deliverability issues, with clear communication skills.
• Strong customer management skills, capable of handling multiple accounts effectively.
• Knowledge of email infrastructure, including IP warming, blocklist management, and ISP relations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Proactive and strategic approach to long-term deliverability planning for major brands.
