Senior Engagement Manager – AI Process Intelligence Overview

Join Celonis as a Senior Engagement Manager in AI & Process Intelligence, where you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven business transformation for our clients. As part of the UK Value Engineering team, you will work closely with our largest Fortune 500 customers, guiding them through their transformation journeys by leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end value journey for customers, ensuring successful deployment and utilization of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
• Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects.
• Advise organizations on integrating Celonis into their existing IT landscape and AI strategy.
• Develop business cases and demonstrations to showcase the platform’s capabilities.
• Conduct value workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to drive results and secure long-term partnerships.
• Identify and frame high-impact use cases based on customer strategic priorities.
• Facilitate business value workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps for customers to embed Celonis as a key business transformation platform.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform based on new use cases.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Business Software and SaaS applications, particularly SAP.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python, including developing dashboards and automations using tools like PowerBI or RPA.
• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through data analysis and process improvement.
• Background in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting, preferably with a Business Software/SaaS provider.
• Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and implementing change initiatives.
• Project management experience, including planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
• Proven ability to communicate value roadmaps and results to stakeholders effectively.
• Expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and familiarity with strategic transformation initiatives.
• Industry expertise in sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
