Role Overview
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will work closely with regional sales leaders and the broader EMEA marketing teams to develop a comprehensive, integrated GTM strategy. This includes managing multi-touch campaigns that target enterprise audiences, leveraging account-based marketing (ABM), deal acceleration programs, and vertical-specific initiatives. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans aligned with regional growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leadership and the Northern Europe marketing team to craft strategic plans that drive growth and market penetration.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party vendors to realize the regional GTM vision, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
- Implement and manage the regional marketing plan, focusing on achieving key performance metrics such as lead quality, pipeline contribution, and brand visibility.
- Supervise the daily activities of the UKI Field Marketing Specialist, supporting their development and campaign execution efforts.
- Continuously review and optimize GTM tactics to maintain high engagement levels and deepen relationships with strategic accounts.
- Work with the Pan-EMEA Programmes team to develop targeted campaigns based on industry verticals or specific use cases, including ABM and deal acceleration initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide feedback, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews, reporting on campaign success and strategic planning for upcoming periods.
- Manage the marketing budget, overseeing procurement, expenditure, and ensuring financial accountability.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelorĂ¢??s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a senior field marketing role, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS environments, with knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo marketing automation platforms.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with excellent communication abilities in English.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a willingness to travel approximately 30% within the UKI region and occasionally abroad.
