Google is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join the YouTube+ team, focusing on strategic financial analysis and business performance insights within the EMEA Large Customer Sales division. Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a full-spectrum investigative framework for YouTube+ in EMEA LCS, providing strategic insights to influence business growth.
• Build and maintain performance models, driver frameworks, and detailed customer-level analyses to uncover actionable opportunities.
• Analyze ambiguous business data, synthesize findings, and communicate strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
• Lead performance deep dives and prepare executive presentations by distilling large datasets into clear narratives.
• Implement AI-driven financial tools to automate complex data interpretation, improving decision-making efficiency.
• Foster global collaboration across finance, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure data integrity and strategic alignment.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelorâ??s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 yearsâ?? experience in FP&A, consulting, or related roles, managing full-cycle financial planning activities within large multinational companies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, including advanced techniques like joins and window functions.
• Preferred candidates will have 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business intelligence.
• Knowledge of the digital advertising industry, especially Googleâ??s advertising products and YouTube ecosystem.
• Experience with AI and LLM tools such as Domo, Gemini CLI, or Google Colab to enhance data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and influence strategic decisions through numerical storytelling.
