They serve as trusted consultants, collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure clients see measurable value and continue to engage with Outreach. AI plays a key role in enhancing insights during customer interactions, and our team is committed to a customer-first approach, taking ownership of results and continuously learning to adapt to evolving customer needs.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-oriented Senior GTM AI Advisor to work closely with customers, helping them maximize the value of Outreachâ??s platform through AI-driven solutions. This role combines traditional Customer Success responsibilities with a focus on AI enablement, insights, and automation. The ideal candidate will ensure customers adopt AI features effectively, transitioning from manual processes to intelligent, automated workflows that generate real business impact. Success metrics include Net Revenue Retention, Gross Retention, and AI feature adoption, reflecting the tangible value customers derive from the platform.

Location & Work Pattern

This position requires presence in the London office for two days each week. Currently, Outreach is unable to offer relocation assistance for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer portfolios to ensure achievement of measurable outcomes.
  • Promote adoption of core platform features, especially AI-powered tools and credit metrics.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews focusing on ROI, productivity, and revenue impacts.
  • Educate clients on AI capabilities like automation, predictive insights, and personalization.
  • Own credit consumption as a key success metric, ensuring effective AI feature utilization.
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases, translating customer GTM strategies into actionable roadmaps.
  • Lead change management efforts, including enablement sessions and coaching sales teams on AI adoption habits.
  • Advise on embedding AI into sales processes and building internal business cases for expanding AI use.
  • Use customer data and AI insights to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor account health, usage trends, and engagement signals to inform strategic actions.
  • Leverage AI tools to surface recommendations and next best actions for customers.
  • Develop renewal strategies, mitigate churn, and identify expansion opportunities tied to AI value.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps teams to align account strategies and ensure customer success.
  • Represent customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams, especially regarding AI performance and adoption challenges.
  • Partner with Professional Services during onboarding and complex implementations to ensure successful deployment of AI features.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of five years in Customer Success, Account Management, RevOps, Consulting, or sales process advisory roles, ideally within SaaS environments with complex AI-enabled products.
  • Proven ability to drive platform adoption and lead change management initiatives with sales teams.
  • Strong executive presence capable of influencing senior stakeholders on AI strategies and organizational change.
  • Experience working with AI or agent-based products, translating technical features into business benefits for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Successful track record of securing renewals, expanding accounts, and achieving customer success outcomes.
  • Strategic, consultative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of concepts like predictive analytics, generative AI, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with core GTM workflows such as prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and coaching cadences, along with understanding of related personas like CROs, VPs of Sales, and RevOps teams.
  • Experience creating prompts and using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation planning.
