About the Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new features for Junie across both command-line and integrated model platforms. Your work will include experimenting with different AI model configurations, optimizing for cost and performance, and developing autonomous behaviors that allow Junie to maintain and evolve software projects over multiple days. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from initial research to delivering production-quality code, and will use Junie daily to refine its capabilities and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new functionalities for Junie, ensuring seamless integration across CLI and model interfaces.
• Experiment with various AI model setups, including ensembling techniques and cost-efficiency strategies.
• Create autonomous agent behaviors capable of managing long-term project maintenance tasks.
• Take ownership of the full development process, from research phases to deployment.
• Continuously improve Junie by using it in daily workflows, enhancing its quality and usability.
