We are looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to join our London office. In this role, you will be part of a fast-growing sales organization, working closely with a diverse team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and business professionals.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving the growth of our Enterprise products. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing and potential customers, enhancing their experience while contributing to our revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse team of Account Executives to create a successful sales environment.
- Participate in meetings with customers and prospects to facilitate deal progression and provide real-time coaching.
- Assist in the ongoing training and development of team members, including mentorship and career advancement.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and initiatives.
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train new team members as the business scales.
- Deliver weekly forecasting meetings and provide strategic advice to Account Executives to help them exceed their sales targets.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, ideally within the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of the technical landscape and competitive environment relevant to the industry.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.
- Exceptional skills in coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation, with a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.
