Senior Marketing Analyst Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join a leading fintech company based in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative marketing intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of advanced Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) solutions.
• Implement and maintain econometric models across multiple brands and markets, ensuring they perform effectively and can scale.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring that all significant business inquiries are addressed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, support functions, and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Foster a culture of excellence within the internal MMM team, supporting its growth and development.
• Enhance marketing efficiency through optimization and scenario planning initiatives.
• Create and maintain marketing optimization tools, interactive dashboards, and automate processes to improve econometric capabilities.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Marketing Mix Modelling within a media agency, consultancy, or relevant in-house position.
• A strong academic background with a degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as SQL and advanced Excel for data modeling, processing, and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in leading econometric projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights.
• Understanding of the media planning and buying landscape, and how MMM contributes to effective marketing strategies.
