Attio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer to join their team and help build and maintain a robust, scalable platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the core systems that support Attio’s services, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain scalable platform infrastructure to meet the company’s growing needs.
• Work closely with product teams, developers, and operations to facilitate smooth deployment and integration of platform components.
• Apply best practices in system architecture, security, and performance tuning to optimize platform performance.
• Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and maintenance tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues swiftly to minimize service disruptions.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in platform tools, documentation, and processes.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in designing and managing large-scale, distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Go, or similar, especially for backend development.
• Expertise with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Good understanding of networking, security protocols, and system monitoring tools.
• Ability to produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
