As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping our product and UX strategies across client engagements, navigating user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives, with a growing focus on AI integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire design process throughout the product lifecycle, from initial discovery and research to wireframing, user testing, implementation, and ongoing iterations.
• Balance user needs, technical limitations, and business goals to effectively address design challenges, including assessing where AI can enhance user experience versus complicate it.
• Create various design deliverables that define products, such as sketches, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Design AI-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces and AI-assisted features, ensuring transparency, trust, and usability.
• Conduct user research initiatives, including usability testing, contextual inquiries, and user interviews, to inform product decisions and foster empathy for users.
• Guide clients through the design process, articulating the rationale behind design choices and outlining subsequent steps.
• Plan and facilitate workshops for clients, including project kick-offs and client-facing demonstrations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to prioritize tasks and determine the best next steps that align with the client’s vision.
• Stay informed about developments in the AI sector and contribute to the evolution of AI-native product design, sharing insights on effective practices.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in designing AI-enabled products, including conversational interfaces and agentic workflows, with a focus on usability and user trust.
• Familiarity with the technical landscape of agentic systems, such as LangChain or LangGraph, and understanding how design decisions impact feasibility.
• A portfolio showcasing both traditional product design skills and innovative approaches to AI interaction patterns.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced and dynamic environments while managing ambiguity.
• A solid understanding of how the design process integrates with agile software development methodologies.

• Competitive salary range between £72,000 and £97,000.

This position requires in-person work up to four days a week from our London office or client sites. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
