Key Responsibilities

  • Steer the strategic planning and execution of the BAD product, focusing on complex customer-facing systems related to licensing, subscriptions, and administration.
  • Ensure a smooth and integrated user experience by analyzing customer journeys, identifying pain points, and implementing improvements across all touchpoints.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, design, analytics, QA, sales, customer success, and finance teams to discover, develop, and refine product features.
  • Define the product vision, set strategic goals, and develop a detailed roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Identify and resolve user friction points through customer research, telemetry data, and internal feedback, creating solutions that enhance usability.
  • Map the entire customer lifecycle, identifying gaps and overlaps in systems to create a unified, intuitive experience.
  • Partner with technical teams from early discovery through to product launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring quality and alignment.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics related to product adoption, user conversion, and support demand to evaluate success and guide future enhancements.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders about product direction, trade-offs, and progress, ensuring transparency and shared understanding.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated ownership of complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B products, with a track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Experience in product discovery, user research, and prioritization based on customer insights and data analysis.
  • Skilled at managing intricate customer journeys, dependencies across teams, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage telemetry, product metrics, and experimentation to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on technical details such as APIs, data models, and system integrations.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to think systemically, balancing technical complexity with user experience and long-term sustainability.
