Join Beamery as a Senior Product Manager for our Data Foundry platform, where you will be at the forefront of developing and executing the strategic vision for our data infrastructure. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business units to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements that add value to our data ecosystem.

As a key member of the product management team, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of the Data Foundry platformâ??from initial conception and planning to launch and ongoing iteration. Your responsibilities include setting clear KPIs, monitoring platform performance, and continuously improving data quality, security, and compliance standards. Effective communication of progress and strategic insights to stakeholders and leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and strategic planning of the Data Foundry platform, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall data and product goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and drive execution.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact to deliver value efficiently.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch, including gathering user feedback and iterating on the platform to improve performance and usability.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Data Foundry and monitor metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and updates effectively to internal teams and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a product manager, particularly with data platforms, data infrastructure, or related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and data management best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • A background in software development or data engineering is a plus, but not mandatory.
