Senior Product Manager IT/Cyber Risk Overview

As a senior product leader at Diligent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IT and cyber risk management through AI innovations. This position involves overseeing a critical product area within a global Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) SaaS platform, focusing on how organizations identify, assess, and respond to cyber risks. You will collaborate with various teams to develop AI-native capabilities that enhance risk detection, prioritization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for IT & Cyber Risk, ensuring alignment with company goals and the overall platform direction.
• Design and implement AI-driven features, including large language models, agents, and machine learning models, to automate the processes of risk identification, assessment, and reporting for enterprise security and risk teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to establish technical methodologies, deliver high-quality releases across various platforms, and refine products based on analytics.
• Engage with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), security leaders, and risk managers to gather in-depth market and customer insights, translating these insights into actionable product strategies.
• Define, monitor, and communicate product key performance indicators (KPIs), AI performance metrics, and primary outcomes to senior stakeholders, including justifications for significant investments.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new IT & Cyber Risk features.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with substantial involvement in developing SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex B2B product roadmaps from inception to completion.
• Extensive knowledge in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security, with experience working alongside CISOs and security or risk management teams.
• Practical experience in developing AI-enhanced product features, such as large language models or machine learning models, and a solid understanding of their practical applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams on technical design considerations and feasibility assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of simplifying complex topics and influencing senior cross-functional teams.
• A data-driven approach, comfortable utilizing product analytics, experimentation, and objectives and key results (OKRs) for decision-making and impact measurement.
