We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for our betting cluster, based in London, to collaborate closely with the VP of Product and delivery teams.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for translating high-level roadmaps into actionable work items, focusing on creating a seamless user experience by consolidating various external and internal tools across multiple products and verticals. Your responsibilities will encompass both strategic and tactical aspects of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Product and delivery teams to translate high-level roadmaps into actionable work items.
• Consolidate external and internal tools across various products and verticals to create a seamless user experience.
• Engage with stakeholders to shape the product vision, goals, and strategy.
• Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap, identifying strategic opportunities.
• Translate product vision and roadmap into detailed work items for delivery preparation.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across technical, commercial, support, marketing, and operations.
• Utilize KPIs and OKRs to measure success and articulate vision to the development team and stakeholders.
• Support the operational aspects of the product on a daily basis.
• Manage customer releases and the go-to-market strategy.
• Define epics with comprehensive acceptance criteria and verify specifications with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that epics are completed according to the established acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the Squad Lead to ensure alignment on team and product matters.
• Produce relevant documentation to enhance product awareness and support technical builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management roles, specifically in Front End product development focused on sports betting.
• Proven track record in developing product strategies and managing roadmaps effectively.
• Familiarity with software product development methodologies, particularly agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong ability to gather and transform product requirements into a practical product roadmap.
• Extensive background in Business Intelligence (BI) and/or Analytics, with a preference for experience in data-oriented products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for working in the betting industry and a highly collaborative nature.
