As a Senior Product Manager Technical for the Prime Video Global App Experience team, you will play a crucial role in defining how customers engage with our extensive library of movies and television shows. Prime Video is a premium streaming service that provides a wide array of content, including exclusive Amazon Originals and live sports events, available in over 200 countries.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of Prime Video experiences across various platforms, including living room devices, web, and mobile applications. You will manage cross-client initiatives aimed at enhancing telemetry excellence and improving customer retention. Your responsibilities will include developing the product strategy and vision, as well as creating a roadmap to execute on these objectives.

This position requires a high degree of collaboration, as you will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to successfully bring products to market. You will also be tasked with identifying and developing product opportunities that enhance the overall customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience in managing feature delivery and understanding product trade-offs.
  • Ability to drive roadmap strategy and product definition.
  • Experience in engaging in engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Skilled in representing and advocating for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during high-level planning and prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA.
  • Experience using data and metrics to support assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.
