Fin is dedicated to transforming customer experience through AI, offering solutions that go beyond traditional communication to handle complex customer operations seamlessly. This role involves owning the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Operator, including crafting compelling messaging, defining target audiences, and leading go-to-market initiatives that drive product success and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the external positioning and messaging for Operator, establishing its category within the industry.
  • Identify and refine the ideal customer profile, understanding their pain points and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including the website, sales decks, and customer communications, aligning with the productâ??s strategic vision.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and translate them into impactful messaging that resonates and drives adoption.
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales, marketing, and content teams to maximize impact.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing assets such as web pages, sales scripts, narratives, demos, and launch materials that support the productâ??s AI-first approach.
  • Develop foundational marketing frameworks and messaging architectures that can be scaled and reused across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the productâ??s technical details, including automation, workflows, and analytics, to inform messaging accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Utilize AI tools proficiently to enhance productivity, experimentation, and strategic insights.
  • Work independently on high-stakes projects, demonstrating sound judgment and ownership from strategy to execution.
  • Collaborate across teams to build trust, ensure messaging consistency, and improve overall team effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least five years of experience in product marketing, especially in B2B sectors, with a history of successfully positioning complex or innovative products.
  • Experience marketing new products or capabilities that lack direct comparisons, creating narratives that help buyers understand and adopt them.
  • End-to-end ownership of product areas, from defining ICP and positioning to launching and enabling sales teams.
  • Comfort with technical concepts such as automation, workflows, and analytics, and the ability to communicate these effectively.
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models, or operational change sales, is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving environments where product releases outpace messaging updates, maintaining high quality.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, capable of producing clear briefs, narratives, and strategic documents that align teams.
  • Strong editorial judgment, with a focus on specificity and clarity in messaging.
  • Deep curiosity about AI, actively engaging with the technology through reading, experimentation, and usage.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, taking ownership of initiatives from start to finish.
  • Experience developing scalable messaging frameworks and systems for broader organizational use.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, fostering trust and enhancing team effectiveness.
