As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will spearhead the regional marketing efforts, focusing on driving pipeline and revenue growth by customizing global campaigns to resonate locally. This role involves close collaboration with regional and global teams, including demand generation, customer marketing, sales, and partner channels, to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UK marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives while tailoring campaigns for local impact.
- Work with the EMEA marketing team and global demand groups to create regional plans that translate GTM goals into local events and campaigns.
- Partner with the Senior Events Manager and global teams to localize messaging and content aimed at UK buyers, supporting both new customer acquisition and expansion efforts.
- Manage the sales pipeline by collaborating with SDR teams on targeted campaigns and regional events, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Represent the UK market in global marketing forums, acting as the regional advocate and ensuring insights inform global messaging.
- Utilize market, customer, and competitor insights to influence regional strategies and provide feedback to global teams for better alignment.
- Coordinate with local partners to organize joint events and webinars that generate pipeline opportunities and accelerate deal closures.
- Work with the Global Partnership Director and EMEA sales teams to develop and scale channel partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
- Develop and nurture the local Community Chapters program, managing chapter leads and supporting community engagement activities.
- Track and analyze marketing performance data to measure success, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
- Manage the regional marketing budget proactively, ensuring activities deliver high impact within budget, with clear ROI narratives and a test-and-learn approach.
- Ensure global campaigns are effectively localized for the UK, with regional insights informing global content and messaging.
- Build strong relationships with sales teams to ensure alignment on plans, reporting, and shared objectives, leading to measurable account growth.
- Achieve and surpass pipeline and revenue targets, with a focus on improving conversion rates each quarter.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing or similar, with a proven record of generating pipeline and revenue in the UK market.
- Ability to craft and execute regional marketing strategies that focus on new customer acquisition, account expansion, and brand elevation.
- Experience working within international organizations, valuing diverse viewpoints and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Innovative mindset, willing to experiment and take calculated risks for breakthrough results.
- Comfort with AI tools and examples of process or content improvements driven by experimentation.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, webinar platforms, and ABM tools like Splash or 6Sense.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing teams across functions without direct authority.
- Understanding of scaling marketing efforts for new and existing accounts, balancing high-touch activities with digital campaigns.
- Experience working with executive-level decision-makers and understanding complex buying processes.
- Preferred experience includes Customer/Community Marketing and a background in HRTech, along with familiarity with partnership and co-marketing programs.
