Team and Project Context

You will be joining the AI and Analytics team within Capgeminiâ??s Insights and Data Global Business Unit. This team is composed of talented visualization specialists, data scientists, AI and machine learning engineers, all focused on solving complex business challenges for clients across multiple sectors, including Consumer Products, Retail, Public Sector, Energy, Utilities, and Manufacturing. The team emphasizes cutting-edge techniques and technologies to deliver impactful insights and data-driven solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier visualization solutions tailored to the needs of Capgeminiâ??s high-profile clients across various industries.
• Work closely with business development teams to develop sales collateral and support client acquisition efforts by showcasing data storytelling expertise.
• Address complex analytical problems for large corporate clients, utilizing your deep SAP analytics knowledge.
• Lead or contribute to multidisciplinary, agile, and geographically dispersed teams to ensure project success.
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports based on best practices such as IBCS.
• Create engaging data narratives that help stakeholders understand key insights and make informed decisions.
• Coach clients on how to best utilize the visualizations and insights provided, guiding them through their data journey.
• Share your passion and expertise with team members, fostering internal growth and capability building.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI & Analytics practice within Capgemini.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three yearsâ?? experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud, including JavaScript coding within SAC.
• Hands-on experience designing and building solutions using SAP BusinessObjects, Data Warehouse Cloud, and SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Datasphere and awareness of SAPâ??s future strategic plans, including BDC and upcoming AI features in SAC.
• Proven leadership skills to guide teams through full project lifecycles.
• A strong passion for data, insights, and storytelling concepts.
• Understanding of data warehousing principles and SQL is a plus.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing project commercial aspects is advantageous.
• Certifications in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, or SAP HANA are highly valued.
• Candidates should ideally hold or be eligible for security clearance.
