Team and Project Context

You will be integrated into the AI and Analytics division within Capgeminiâ??s global Insights and Data Business Unit. Our team comprises talented specialists in visualization, data science, AI, and machine learning, all dedicated to solving complex business challenges for clients across various industries, including Consumer Products, Retail, Public Sector, Energy, Utilities, and Manufacturing. We focus on creating impactful visual storytelling and insights that enable clients to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cutting-edge data visualization solutions tailored to client needs across multiple sectors.
• Assist in business development by preparing sales materials and demonstrating our expertise in data storytelling and visualization to attract new clients.
• Leverage extensive experience with SAP analytics platforms, especially SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP BW/HANA, to develop robust analytics solutions.
• Address complex business problems for large organizations by creating innovative visualizations and insights.
• Lead or contribute to multidisciplinary, agile teams that are often spread across different locations, ensuring project success from conception to deployment.
• Create visual communication solutions following best practices such as IBCS standards.
• Develop engaging narratives with data to facilitate stakeholder understanding and decision-making.
• Guide clients on how to effectively utilize the analytics content, providing coaching and support as needed.
• Share your expertise and enthusiasm for analytics with colleagues and contribute to the growth of our internal capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members to help develop their skills and knowledge base.
• Stay updated on SAPâ??s strategic initiatives, including Datasphere and upcoming AI features in SAC, integrating these advancements into your solutions.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Minimum of three years’ experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud, including scripting in Javascript within SAC, across various project phases.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using SAP BusinessObjects, Data Warehouse Cloud, and SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP BW and HANA is a plus.
• Understanding of SAP Datasphere and awareness of future AI and BDC enhancements planned for SAC.
• Proven leadership skills to guide teams through complete project lifecycles.
• A passion for data, insights, and effective storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of BI concepts, visualization techniques, and storytelling best practices.
• Motivation to learn new tools and expand technical expertise.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and SQL is desirable.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders, with some commercial management experience being advantageous.
