Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Analytics Architect to join their UK Insights & Data team. This role involves working on a variety of innovative projects that range from quick proof-of-value initiatives to operational solutions used by millions. As a member of the AI and Analytics team within Capgeminiâ??s Global Business Unit, you will be working with talented professionals specializing in visualization, data science, AI, and machine learning. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver cutting-edge visualization solutions to a broad client base across multiple industries, including Consumer Products and Retail, Public Sector, Energy and Utilities, and Manufacturing.

You will collaborate with business development teams to craft sales materials and demonstrate our storytelling and data communication capabilities to attract new clients. Your expertise in SAP analytics, especially SAP Analytics Cloud, will be highly valued, along with proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects and SAP BW/HANA. Certifications in these technologies are considered a plus.

The role requires you to solve complex problems for large corporate clients, lead or contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and develop visualizations based on best practices such as IBCS. You will craft engaging stories from data insights, coach clients on how to utilize the visualizations effectively, and share your knowledge with colleagues to strengthen internal capabilities. Mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of the AI & Analytics practice are also key aspects of the role.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud, including Javascript coding within SAC. Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects, DWC, and HANA solutions is essential, with BW skills being advantageous. An understanding of SAP Datasphere and the company’s future AI enhancements in SAC is desirable. You should be capable of leading teams through entire project lifecycles and possess a strong passion for data and storytelling. Knowledge of data warehousing and SQL is beneficial, and experience working with senior stakeholders and managing project commercial aspects will be advantageous. Candidates should either hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
