About the Role

This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions that support Cisco’s diverse product offerings and services. Qualifications and Skills

  • Significant experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code solutions such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, security protocols, and system architecture design.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and resolve performance bottlenecks effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different technical teams.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
