This role involves working within a team dedicated to transforming business outcomes through modern application engineering, automation, and AI-enabled innovation. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining work from company offices, client sites, and home, with the understanding that working entirely from home is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver scalable, high-quality application solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in full-stack application development within enterprise settings.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and modern front-end development frameworks.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications.
  • Strong understanding of API design, systems integration, and distributed architectures.
  • Expertise in relational database design, data modeling, performance optimization, and data management.
  • Experience working across all stages of the software development lifecycle within Agile teams.
  • Practical experience applying AI-assisted development methods to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Knowledge of intelligent automation, agent-based workflows, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration abilities.
