The market data team plays a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that connects the firm to global markets at high speeds. They are responsible for writing and maintaining native exchange feeds that generate trading signals for research and managing production infrastructure for live trading. The team is committed to enhancing platform performance and stability while collaborating closely with quantitative analysts to align product development with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and deliver high-quality functionality.
• Design and develop market data software for new trading venues, as well as implement enhancements to the existing Market Data platform.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Take full ownership of projects throughout their entire engineering lifecycle.
• Maintain high standards of quality for deliverables through robust testing procedures, which are integral to the development process.
• Provide level 2 support for products to ensure high availability for business operations.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in C/C++ development on Linux platforms.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working on Market Data solutions.
